Friday Health Walk Highwoods Country Park 2018

Led by fully trained volunteer walk leaders our walks are an ideal way to improve fitness or mobility in a sociable atmosphere. A short circular walk suitable for all abilities, including beginners. Each circuit will take between 20 and 30 minutes and can be repeated for those who wish to walk up to an hour in total. The walks start from the Visitor Centre off Turner Road. Tea and coffee are sold for £1.00 afterwards, please note that we only accept cash. Stout footwear is advisable
